Europa League: «Θρυλική» νίκη με ανατροπή δια χειρός Γιάρεμτσουκ, 2-1 την Γιαγκελόνια
Με πολύ καλή εμφάνιση σε όλο το 90λεπτο, ο Ολυμπιακός επικράτησε 2-1 με ανατροπή της Γιαγκελόνια στο «Γ. Καραϊσκάκης» πραγματοποιώντας ιδανικό ντεμπούτο στη League Phase του Europa League. Οι φιλοξενούμενοι προηγήθηκαν με τον Σμιτ στο 20΄, αλλά ο Αρμάντο Γκονσάλες στο 43΄ και ο Ρόμαν Γιάρεμτσουκ στο 84΄ χάρισαν στον Ιμανόλ Αλγκουαθίλ την πρώτη του νίκη ως προπονητή του Ολυμπιακού. Με πολύ έξυπνη τακτική η πολωνική Γιαγκελόνια άφησε τον Ολυμπιακό να κρατάει τη μπάλα στα πόδια του και με ένα low block απορροφούσε εύκολα την πίεση, περιμένοντας την ευκαιρία της σε κάποια αντεπίθεση. Πράγματι, στο 19΄ ο Πρέλετς βρέθηκε σε θέση βολής, αλλά το δοκάρι «έσωσε» τους «ερυθρόλευκους». Αμέσως μετά, όπως, από λάθος του Ορτέγα έκλεψαν τη οι φιλοξενούμενοι, ο Πρέλετς έβγαλε την ασίστ και ο Σμιτ εκτέλεσε υποδειγματικά για να ανοίξει το σκορ στο 20΄. Μετά από ένα -λογικό- σάστισμα που κράτησε λιγότερο από ένα δεκάλεπτο, ο Ολυμπιακός ανέβασε ρυθμό, πίεσε και άρχισε να δημιουργεί ευκαιρίες. Σε μία από αυτές ανάγκασε τον Αμπράμοβιτς σε εξαιρετική επέμβαση σε σουτ του Γκονσάλες. Από το κόρνερ που προέκυψε, οι Ζότα, Ρέτσος κυριάρχησαν κερδίζοντας τις κεφαλιές και η μπάλα έφτασε ξανά στον Γκονσάλες ο οποίος από πολύ κοντά δεν είχε κανένα πρόβλημα να γράψει το 1-1 στο 43΄. Στην κατάλληλη χρονική στιγμή ο Ολυμπιακός είχε φέρει το ματς στα ίσια. Ήταν καλύτερη ομάδα, αναμφισβήτητα, αλλά θα έπρεπε στο β΄ ημίχρονο να είναι πιο προσεκτικός στην αμυντική μετάβαση. Στο 59΄ ο Αμπράμοβιτς απέκρουσε το διαγώνιο σουτ του Ζότα, ενώ ένα πολύ σοβαρό λάθος του γκολκίπερ της Γιαγκελόνια, δεν κατάφερε να εκμεταλλευτεί ο Τσικίνιο στο 72΄. Η πίεση γύρω και μέσα στην περιοχή της Γιαγκελόνια ήταν ασφυκτική όσο το ματς πλησιάζε προς το τέλος. Τον γρίφο έλυσε ο Ρόμαν Γιάρεμτσουκ! Ο Ουκρανός που είχε μπει ως αλλαγή στο ματς στο 62΄, εκτέλεσε ιδανικά με κεφαλιά τη σέντρα του Φρόιλερ διαμορφώνοντας το 2-1 στο 84΄. Νίκη ουσίας αλλά και ψυχολογίας για τον Ολυμπιακό, ο οποίος την προσεχή αγωνιστική αντιμετωπίζει τη Μαρσέιγ στη Μασαλία. (15/10, 22:00). Στις καθυστερήσεις (90+2΄) ο Ρέτσος «σημάδεψε» το δοκάρι. Υπουργείο Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου: Προχωρά η κατασκευή γηροκομείου στην Ορεστιάδα – Τηλεδιάσκεψη υπό τον Θάνο Πλεύρη
Ο υπουργός Μετανάστευσης και Ασύλου, Θάνος Πλεύρης, πραγματοποίησε σήμερα τηλεδιάσκεψη με τον γενικό γραμματέα Υποδοχής Αιτούντων Άσυλο, Σπύρο Σταθούλη, τον Σεβασμιώτατο Μητροπολίτη Διδυμοτείχου, Ορεστιάδος και Σουφλίου κ. Δαμασκηνό, τον δήμαρχο Ορεστιάδας, Αδαμάντιο Παπαδόπουλο, και την Έλενα Σώκου, συντονίστρια του Γραφείου του Πρωθυπουργού στη Βόρεια Ελλάδα. Αντικείμενο της τηλεδιάσκεψης ήταν η κατασκευή γηροκομείου στον Δήμο Ορεστιάδας, στον νομό Έβρου. Στην τηλεδιάσκεψη κλήθηκαν και οι βουλευτές Έβρου της Νέας Δημοκρατίας, Χρήστος Δερμεντζόπουλος, Σταύρος Κελέτσης και Αναστάσιος Δημοσχάκης, οι οποίοι συμμετέχουν στις σχετικές διαδικασίες για την υλοποίηση της σημαντικής αυτής κοινωνικής υποδομής για τους ανθρώπους της τρίτης ηλικίας στον Έβρο.
