Η ηλικιωμένη είχε φύγει από το σπίτι της για να μαζέψει ρίγανη, όμως δεν επέστρεψε και ξεκίνησε μεγάλη επιχείρηση εντοπισμού της από τις αρχές και εθελοντές. Η γυναίκα βρέθηκε λίγο μετά τις 12:00 το μεσημέρι της Πέμπτης από διερχόμενο οδηγό στην περιοχή της Βουλιάστας, έχοντας περπατήσει αρκετά χιλιόμετρα. Σημαντική διεύρυνση των δικαιούχων της ειδικής άδειας προστασίας μητρότητας προβλέπει η νέα υπουργική απόφαση, επεκτείνοντας το δικαίωμα του 9μηνου επιδοτούμενου διαστήματος σε περισσότερες κατηγορίες εργαζόμενων μητέρων. Με τη νέα ρύθμιση, το δικαίωμα δεν αφορά πλέον μόνο τις φυσικές μητέρες, αλλά επεκτείνεται και στις μητέρες που αποκτούν παιδί μέσω υιοθεσίας, εφόσον το παιδί είναι ηλικίας έως οκτώ ετών, καθώς και στις μητέρες που αποκτούν παιδί μέσω τεκμαιρόμενης μητρότητας (παρένθετης κύησης). Παράλληλα, η ρύθμιση καλύπτει και τα ομόφυλα ζευγάρια, ενώ εντάσσονται και κατηγορίες που μέχρι σήμερα δεν προβλέπονταν. Κάλυψη και για εργαζόμενες με μερική απασχόληση Μία από τις σημαντικότερες αλλαγές αφορά τις εργαζόμενες με μερική απασχόληση, οι οποίες πλέον αποκτούν δικαίωμα στην ειδική άδεια προστασίας μητρότητας. Επιπλέον, όπως επισήμανε στην εκπομπή «Συνδέσεις» η κ. Καρδάρη, στην περίπτωση που ο εργοδότης καλύψει τη θέση της εργαζόμενης κατά τη διάρκεια της άδειάς της, αυτό δεν επηρεάζει το δικαίωμά της να λαμβάνει την παροχή της ΔΥΠΑ για το εννεάμηνο. Τι ισχύει για την παράλληλη απασχόληση Η νέα υπουργική απόφαση προβλέπει επίσης ότι οι μητέρες που έχουν παράλληλη απασχόληση δεν χάνουν το δικαίωμα στην ειδική άδεια προστασίας μητρότητας. Όπως εξήγησε η εργατολόγος, μια εργαζόμενη μπορεί, υπό τις προϋποθέσεις που προβλέπει η νομοθεσία, να απασχολείται σε άλλον εργοδότη προκειμένου να συμπληρώνει το εισόδημά της, χωρίς να στερείται την παροχή. Παράλληλα, διευκρινίζεται ότι δικαίωμα στην ειδική άδεια αποκτούν πλέον και γυναίκες που στο παρελθόν είχαν εργαστεί ως ελεύθερες επαγγελματίες και στη συνέχεια απέκτησαν την ιδιότητα της μισθωτής, καθώς δεν απαιτείται πλέον να είχαν καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του εργασιακού τους βίου σχέση εξαρτημένης εργασίας. Η διαδικασία υποβολής Σύμφωνα με την κ. Καρδάρη, η διαδικασία είναι απλή και πραγματοποιείται με την υποβολή αίτησης και των απαραίτητων δικαιολογητικών, όπως η ληξιαρχική πράξη γέννησης ή τα αντίστοιχα έγγραφα που αποδεικνύουν την υιοθεσία ή την τεκμαιρόμενη μητρότητα. Η ειδική άδεια μπορεί να χορηγηθεί μετά τη λήξη της άδειας μητρότητας ή μετά την περίοδο του μειωμένου ωραρίου, ενώ στην περίπτωση της υιοθεσίας το σχετικό δικαίωμα παρέχεται για παιδιά ηλικίας έως οκτώ ετών. www.ertnews.gr
