Καιρός: Επιστρέφει το καλοκαίρι μετά τους 59.000 κεραυνούς, έως 34 βαθμούς η θερμοκρασία από την Κυριακή – Η πρόγνωση της Αν. Τυράσκη
Μετά το έντονο καιρικό σύστημα που έφερε ισχυρές βροχές, χιλιάδες κεραυνούς και αισθητή πτώση της θερμοκρασίας, ο καιρός αλλάζει ξανά σκηνικό. Σύμφωνα με τη μετεωρολόγο του ΕΡΤnews, Αναστασία Τυράσκη, από την Κυριακή ο καιρός βελτιώνεται σημαντικά, με ηλιοφάνεια, άνοδο της θερμοκρασίας και εξασθένηση των ανέμων. Ένα σύστημα που θύμιζε… προχωρημένο φθινόπωρο Όπως ανέφερε η Αναστασία Τυράσκη, το καιρικό σύστημα που επηρέασε τη χώρα ήταν εξαιρετικά οργανωμένο και βαθύ, με χαρακτηριστικά που παραπέμπουν περισσότερο σε φθινοπωρινή παρά σε καλοκαιρινή κακοκαιρία. Οι μεγαλύτερες ποσότητες βροχής καταγράφηκαν στην Εύβοια, μία από τις περιοχές που είχαν τεθεί σε κατάσταση κόκκινου συναγερμού, ενώ ιδιαίτερα εντυπωσιακή ήταν και η έντονη ηλεκτρική δραστηριότητα. Μόνο κατά τη διάρκεια της Παρασκευής καταγράφηκαν περισσότεροι από 59.000 κεραυνοί συνολικά, εκ των οποίων πάνω από 27.000 στη στεριά και περισσότεροι από 31.000 στη θάλασσα. Σύμφωνα με τη μετεωρολόγο, η τόσο έντονη κεραυνική δραστηριότητα πάνω από το θαλάσσιο χώρο αποτελεί ακόμη ένα χαρακτηριστικό που συναντάται συχνότερα το φθινόπωρο. Ασυνήθιστο κρύο για τα τέλη Ιουλίου Η κακοκαιρία συνοδεύτηκε και από σημαντική πτώση της θερμοκρασίας, με αρκετές περιοχές να θυμίζουν περισσότερο φθινόπωρο παρά καλοκαίρι. Όπως σημείωσε η Αναστασία Τυράσκη, το πρωί του Σαββάτου καταγράφηκαν σε περιοχές της Ηπείρου και της Δυτικής Μακεδονίας ακόμη και μονοψήφιες ελάχιστες θερμοκρασίες, κάτω από τους 10 βαθμούς Κελσίου, κάτι ιδιαίτερα ασυνήθιστο για την εποχή. Την ίδια στιγμή, αίσθηση προκάλεσαν και οι εικόνες χιονιού στον Όλυμπο. Από την Κυριακή επιστρέφει το καλοκαίρι Η μεταβολή του καιρού, ωστόσο, θα είναι σύντομη. Από την Κυριακή αναμένεται γενικά αίθριος καιρός σε όλη τη χώρα, χωρίς αξιόλογα φαινόμενα. Η θερμοκρασία θα αρχίσει να ανεβαίνει σταδιακά, φτάνοντας τους 32 έως 34 βαθμούς Κελσίου, ενώ από τη Δευτέρα θα σημειώσει περαιτέρω άνοδο. Παράλληλα, οι βόρειοι άνεμοι θα εξασθενήσουν αισθητά. Ενώ το Σάββατο στο Αιγαίο έφτασαν τοπικά ακόμη και τα 7 μποφόρ, την Κυριακή θα περιοριστούν έως τα 6 μποφόρ μόνο στο νοτιοανατολικό Αιγαίο. Έτσι, η νέα εβδομάδα ξεκινά με συνθήκες που παραπέμπουν ξανά σε ένα τυπικό ελληνικό καλοκαίρι, μετά από ένα διήμερο με καιρικά φαινόμενα που ξεχώρισαν για την ένταση και τα ασυνήθιστα χαρακτηριστικά τους. Απελπιστική η κατάσταση με τις φωτιές σε Ισπανία και Γαλλία – Τα σύννεφα καπνού από τις πυρκαγιές της Μαδρίτης ενώθηκαν με αυτά της πυρκαγιάς του Μπορντό
Ανεξέλεγκτες μαίνονται οι τεράστιες πυρκαγιές στην κεντρική Ισπανία και τη νοτιοδυτική Γαλλία. Στη Μαδρίτη και στην Άβιλα (ΒΔ της Μαδρίτης) οι πυρκαγιές έχουν ήδη κάψει 250.000 στρέμματα γης, ενώ στην περιοχή του Μπορντό έχουν καταστρέψει σχεδόν 400.000 στρέμματα. Πάνω από 200.000 άνθρωποι και στις δύο χώρες έχουν εγκαταλείψει τα σπίτια τους. Οι φωτιές είναι τόσο μεγάλες που οι στήλες καπνού από τις πυρκαγιές στην περιοχή της Μαδρίτης, ενώθηκαν με τις στήλες του καπνού των πυρκαγιών της περιοχής του Μπορντό, όπως δείχνουν δορυφορικές εικόνες της Κρατικής Μετεωρολογικής Υπηρεσίας της Ισπανίας (Aemet). Σε ανάρτηση της Aemet στην πλατφόρμα X, φαίνεται το άκρο του σύννεφου καπνού των δασικών πυρκαγιών στην περιοχή της Μαδρίτης να ενώνεται με την κορυφή του νέφους από τις πυρκαγιές του Μπορντό. Με εντολή του Γάλλου προέδρου ο στρατός κινητοποιεί 1.500 στρατιώτες και για πρώτη φορά το στρατιωτικό αεροσκάφος Α400Μ μπαίνει στη μάχη της κατάσβεσης. Το συγκεκριμένο αεροσκάφος έχει τη δυνατότητα να πετά και τη νύχτα ενώ έχει μια τεράστια δεξαμενή χωρητικότητας 20.000 λίτρων νερού ή επιβραδυντικού υγρού, τριπλάσια από αυτή των Καναντέρ. Η διοργανώτρια αρχή του ποδηλατικού Γύρου της Γαλλίας μείωσε μάλιστα τη διάρκεια του τελευταίου ετάπ του αγώνα την Κυριακή, προκειμένου να διαθέσει στελέχη για την καταπολέμηση των πυρκαγιών.
