Γρεβενά: Συνάντηση για το πρόβλημα των ακρίδων στο Υπουργείο Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης
Συνάντηση εργασίας, με τον Υφυπουργό Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης και Τροφίμων Γιάννη Ανδριανό, είχαν στην Αθήνα φορείς των Γρεβενών, με αντικείμενο την αντιμετώπιση της έντονης προσβολής από ακρίδες στις καλλιέργειες μηδικής της ΠΕ Γρεβενών. Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνάντησης παρουσιάστηκε αναλυτικά το πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίζουν οι παραγωγοί της περιοχής τα τελευταία χρόνια, καθώς και οι σημαντικές ζημιές που προκαλούνται στις καλλιέργειες μηδικής από την έξαρση του πληθυσμού των ακρίδων. Παράλληλα, έγινε αναφορά στις ενέργειες που έχουν ήδη υλοποιηθεί από τη Διεύθυνση Αγροτικής Οικονομίας της Π.Ε. Γρεβενών για την παρακολούθηση και αντιμετώπιση του φαινομένου. Εξετάστηκαν οι δυνατότητες περαιτέρω αντιμετώπισης της κατάστασης, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην άμεση λήψη αποτελεσματικών μέτρων για τον περιορισμό της προσβολής, καθώς και στη διασφάλιση του εισοδήματος των παραγωγών που έχουν υποστεί σημαντικές απώλειες. Ο Υφυπουργός δεσμεύτηκε να εξετάσει τις δυνατότητες άμεσης παρέμβασης, σε συνεργασία με τις αρμόδιες υπηρεσίες του Υπουργείου. Ο Αντιπεριφερειάρχης Γρεβενών, Ιωάννης Παναγιωτίδης, επανέλαβε ότι η προστασία της αγροτικής παραγωγής και η στήριξη του πρωτογενούς τομέα αποτελούν προτεραιότητα για την Περιφερειακή Ενότητα Γρεβενών, υπογραμμίζοντας ότι θα συνεχιστεί η στενή συνεργασία με το Υπουργείο Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης και Τροφίμων, τους τοπικούς φορείς και τους εκπροσώπους των παραγωγών, μέχρι την εξεύρεση ουσιαστικών και αποτελεσματικών λύσεων για την αντιμετώπιση του προβλήματος. Στη συνάντηση, εκτός από τον Αντιπεριφερειάρχη, συμμετείχαν ο Βουλευτής Γρεβενών Θανάσης Σταυρόπουλος, οι δήμαρχοι: Γρεβενών Κυριάκος Ταταρίδης και Δεσκάτης, Δημήτρης Κόττας, ο Αντιπεριφερειάρχης Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης Θεοφύλακτος Ζυμπίδης, ο Πρόεδρος του Αγροτικού Συλλόγου Γρεβενών Λάζαρος Ουζουνίδης, ο Πρόεδρος του Αγροτικού Συνεταιρισμού Γρεβενών Χρυσόστομος Παυλίδης, καθώς και υπηρεσιακοί παράγοντες του Υπουργείου και της Περιφέρειας. www.ertnews.gr

Συνάντηση στο υπ. Περιβάλλοντος για το ΒΙΟΠΑ Γρεβενών
Θετική εξέλιξη για τη δημιουργία της Βιομηχανικής Περιοχής Γρεβενών υπήρξε κατά τη συνάντηση που είχαν με τον Γενικό Γραμματέα Δασών του Υπουργείου Περιβάλλοντος και Ενέργειας, Ευστάθιο Σταθόπουλο, ο Βουλευτής Γρεβενών, Αθανάσιος Σταυρόπουλος, ο Αντιπεριφερειάρχης Γρεβενών, Ιωάννης Παναγιωτίδης, ο Αντιπεριφερειάρχης Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης Δυτικής Μακεδονίας, Θεοφύλακτος Ζυμπίδης, και ο Δήμαρχος Γρεβενών, Κυριάκος Ταταρίδης. Κατά τη διάρκεια της σύσκεψης εξετάστηκαν διεξοδικά όλες οι απαραίτητες διοικητικές και δασικές ρυθμίσεις για την άρση των χρόνιων εμποδίων και την οριστική τακτοποίηση του χώρου εγκατάστασης του ΒΙΟΠΑ. Παράλληλα, καθορίστηκαν οι νομικές ενέργειες, που απαιτούνται, για την άμεση ενεργοποίηση των υποδομών του Πάρκου. Ο Γενικός Γραμματέας Δασών εξέφρασε την πλήρη στήριξη του Υπουργείου και δεσμεύτηκε για την ταχεία επεξεργασία των σχετικών φακέλων, ώστε να ξεπεραστούν οι γραφειοκρατικές αγκυλώσεις και να ξεκινήσει, όπως τονίστηκε στη συνάντηση, η υλοποίηση αυτού του κρίσιμου έργου πνοής και μια νέα εποχή για την επιχειρηματικότητα και την παραγωγική ανασυγκρότηση της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Γρεβενών. www.ertnews.gr
