Προσφυγή κατά του εντάλματος προσωρινής κράτησης της 46χρονης κατηγορούμενης για την υπόθεση Marfin κατατέθηκε σήμερα, σύμφωνα με τον συνήγορο υπεράσπισής της, Κώστα Παπαδάκη. Όπως αναφέρει ο κ. Παπαδάκης, η κατηγορούμενη προφυλακίστηκε χωρίς η ανακρίτρια και ο εισαγγελέας που αποφάσισαν την προσωρινή της κράτηση να λάβουν υπόψη το απαλλακτικό δεδικασμένο του 2022, την ομολογημένη από τη ΔΕΕ/ΕΛΑΣ έλλειψη ταυτοποίησής της με το πρόσωπο που εικονίζεται ως ύποπτο, καθώς και την τεράστια καταστροφή στη ζωή της ίδιας και της πεντάχρονης κόρης της που, όπως σημειώνει, προκαλείται. Η προσφυγή αναμένεται να κριθεί από το Συμβούλιο Πλημμελειοδικών Αθηνών τις επόμενες εβδομάδες, αφού προηγηθεί σχετική εισαγγελική πρόταση. «Ελπίζω αποκλειστικό κριτήριο να είναι τα – ανύπαρκτα για την εντολίδα μου – στοιχεία της δικογραφίας και όχι την περιρρέουσα ατμόσφαιρα», αναφέρει ο συνήγορος υπεράσπισης. Ο ίδιος υποστηρίζει ότι η περιρρέουσα ατμόσφαιρα έχει υποχωρήσει σημαντικά, καθώς, όπως αναφέρει, όλες αυτές τις ημέρες δεν υπήρξε κάποιος από την κυβέρνηση ή την αστυνομία για να διαψεύσει όσα έχει καταγγείλει. Κατά τον κ. Παπαδάκη, αυτό δείχνει ότι «η κυβέρνηση αρχίζει να σιωπά καθώς έρχεται αντιμέτωπη με την πραγματικότητα που αναδύεται πλέον από τα στεγανά». Παράλληλα, υποστηρίζει ότι επί ένα μήνα η κοινή γνώμη τροφοδοτήθηκε με την πληροφορία ότι «ταυτοποιήθηκε μια γυναίκα», την οποία χαρακτηρίζει ψευδή, σημειώνοντας ότι μέχρι πριν από μία εβδομάδα η συγκεκριμένη είδηση μονοπωλούσε τα ΜΜΕ. Σύμφωνα με τον ίδιο, αυτό διαμόρφωσε κλίμα και άσκησε αντίστοιχη πίεση στους αρμόδιους εισαγγελείς και δικαστές. «Είμαι βέβαιος ότι η επόμενη κυβερνητική τοποθέτηση για το θέμα θα αποθέτει όπως συνήθως την αρμοδιότητα – και βέβαια την ευθύνη – στην “ανεξάρτητη δικαιοσύνη”. Αλλά ούτως ή άλλως η τελευταία καλείται όντως να αναλάβει τις ευθύνες της. Ας ελπίζουμε να γίνει όσο το δυνατό συντομώτερα», αναφέρει. Σύμφωνα με τον συνήγορο, έως τότε η κατηγορούμενη έχει μεταχθεί στον Κορυδαλλό, έχοντας ως πρόσθετο δείγμα της κρατικής περιποίησης τα εξανθήματα από τους κοριούς στα κρατητήρια της ΓΑΔΑ. Ο κ. Παπαδάκης αναφέρει ότι οφείλει να εξάρει τη σπάνια ευγένεια των αστυνομικών του κρατητηρίου, οι οποίοι, όπως σημειώνει, τη μετέφεραν αμέσως στο νοσοκομείο Συγγρού για την απαραίτητη διάγνωση και φαρμακευτική αγωγή. «Αλλά αυτό δεν αναιρεί τη ντροπή για τους κοριούς στο κρατητήριο της ΓΑΔΑ, όπως και στο Α.Τ. Ομόνοιας πρόσφατα. Όσοι επαίρονται για τη φιλοδοξία να νικήσουν τους καρχαρίες και τις τίγρεις, ας τα καταφέρουν πρώτα με τους κοριούς», καταλήγει. www.ertnews.gr

Βλέπουμε κάθε καλοκαίρι πολλά τέτοια περιστατικά και θα πρέπει άμεσα να αλλάξει το πλαίσιο.
