Στα μοβ φωταγωγήθηκαν το βράδυ της Δευτέρας ο Λευκός Πύργος και οι «Ομπρέλες» του Γιώργου Ζογγολόπουλου στη Νέα Παραλία Θεσσαλονίκης, με αφορμή την Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Αλτσχάιμερ. Η δράση πραγματοποιήθηκε από τον Δήμο Θεσσαλονίκης σε συνεργασία με την Ελληνική Εταιρεία Νόσου Αλτσχάιμερ και Συγγενών Διαταραχών, με στόχο την ενημέρωση και ευαισθητοποίηση για τη νόσο και την άνοια, αλλά και τη στήριξη των ανθρώπων που νοσούν και των οικογενειών τους. Κεντρικό μήνυμα της δράσης ήταν η σημασία της έγκαιρης διάγνωσης και της αναζήτησης ενημέρωσης, υποστήριξης και φροντίδας. Διαδήλωσαν για να τιμήσουν τη μνήμη του Ζακ Κωστόπουλου
Εκατοντάδες πολίτες ανταποκρίθηκαν στο κάλεσμα της ομάδας δικαιοσύνη για τον Ζακ – Ζακι και άλλων συλλογικοτήτων και συμμετείχαν στην πορεία διαμαρτυρίας. Ο κόσμος συγκεντρώθηκε στο σημείο που ο Ζακ Κωστόπουλος, οκτώ χρόνια πριν, ξυλοκοπήθηκε μέχρι θανάτου στην οδό Γλάδστωνος,100 μέτρα από την Ομόνοια. Περπάτησαν στις λεωφόρους Σταδίου και Πανεπιστημίου στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, φωνάζοντας συνθήματα στην μνήμη του δολοφονημένου Ζακ Κωστόπουλου. Το δικό της μήνυμα έστειλε το πρωί η Ελένη Κωστοπούλου, μητέρα του Ζακ Κωστόπουλου απευθυνόμενη στους ανθρώπους που θα συμμετείχαν στην πορεία: «Κι όταν φτάσετε στο αιματοβαμμένο πεζοδρόμιο της Γλάδστωνος, εκεί που το παιδί μου πήρε την τελευταία του ανάσα, ας υποσχεθούμε όλοι μαζί ότι δεν θα αφήσουμε ποτέ άνθρωπο αβοήθητο κι ανυπεράσπιστο, θα αντιδρούμε σε κάθε μισανθρωπικό σχόλιο ή πράξη, θα κρατήσουμε ψηλά την ανθρώπινη ζωή, το δικαίωμα της ελεύθερης ύπαρξης και των ατομικών επιλογών».
