Ιράκ και Γεωργία απαγορεύουν τις πτήσεις ιρανικών εταιρειών στο έδαφός τους
Το Ιράκ θα αναστείλει αμέσως τις πτήσεις από ιρανικές αεροπορικές εταιρείες, ανέφεραν σήμερα δύο κυβερνητικές πηγές, λίγη ώρα αφότου οι ΗΠΑ προειδοποίησαν τις χώρες ότι θα υποστούν κυρώσεις εάν συνεχίσουν να επιτρέπουν την προσγείωση ιρανικών αεροσκαφών. «Το Ιράκ θα εφαρμόσει την απαγόρευση των ιρανικών αεροπορικών εταιρειών, με βάση την απόφαση του υπουργείου Οικονομικών των ΗΠΑ, από τα ξημερώματα της Τρίτης», ανέφερε ένας αξιωματούχος, προσθέτοντας ότι «οι χώρες που δεν θα εφαρμόσουν την απόφαση θα υποστούν κυρώσεις». Την πληροφορία αυτή επιβεβαίωσε και μια δεύτερη πηγή. Από σήμερα, η Γεωργία απαγορεύει όλες τις ιρανικές πτήσεις στο έδαφός της. Η ιρανική εταιρεία Mahan Air ανακοίνωσε επίσης ότι διακόπτει όλες τις πτήσεις της προς τη γειτονική Τουρκία, κατόπιν αιτήματος των τουρκικών αρχών. Νωρίτερα, ο υπουργός Οικονομικών των ΗΠΑ Σκοτ Μπέσεντ προειδοποίησε ότι από τις 23 Σεπτεμβρίου «οι ιρανικές αεροπορικές εταιρείες δεν θα μπορούν πλέον να πετούν» πουθενά στον κόσμο. Όταν προσγειώνονται τα ιρανικά αεροσκάφη, οι άλλες χώρες «δεν θα μπορούν να τα εφοδιάζουν με καύσιμα, δεν θα μπορούν να τους παρέχουν υπηρεσίες βοήθειας στην προσγείωση (…) διαφορετικά θα αποκλειστούν από το σύστημα του δολαρίου», είπε. Το υπουργείο Οικονομικών έχει αναλάβει να εφαρμόσει τις οικονομικές κυρώσεις σε βάρος του Ιράν. Στις αρχές του μήνα, η αμερικανική κυβέρνηση έβαλε στη «μαύρη λίστα» όλον τον τομέα των αερομεταφορών του Ιράν και απείλησε ότι θα επιβάλει κυρώσεις σε όποιον οργανισμό συνεργάζεται με ιρανικές αεροπορικές εταιρείες. Διακοπή της λειτουργίας στο μεγαλύτερο διυλιστήριο της Ρωσίας μετά από επίθεση ουκρανικών drones
Σταμάτησε την επεξεργασία αργού πετρελαίου το μεγαλύτερο διυλιστήριο της Ρωσίας στη Μόσχα, μετά τις πυρκαγιές που εκδηλώθηκαν στις κύριες μονάδες απόσταξης αργού μετά την επίθεση των drones της Ουκρανίας στις 20 Σεπτεμβρίου, ανέφεραν τρεις πηγές του κλάδου. Το διυλιστήριο ανήκει στην εταιρεία Gazprom Neft και ο δήμαρχος της Μόσχας Σεργκέι Σομπιάνιν ανέφερε σε ανάρτηση του στην εφαρμογή Telegram το πρωί της Κυριακής ότι μία βιομηχανική μονάδα εντός των εγκαταστάσεων του διυλιστηρίου υπέστη ζημιές κατά τη διάρκεια επίθεσης με drones στη ρωσική πρωτεύουσα. Οι πηγές δήλωσαν σήμερα στο Reuters ότι και οι δύο κύριες μονάδες απόσταξης αργού πετρελαίου τυλίχθηκαν στις φλόγες μετά την συντριβή των drones εντός των εγκαταστάσεων αυτών, όπως και ότι θα χρειαστούν αρκετές εβδομάδες για την αποκατάσταση των ζημιών και της λειτουργίας τους. Η εταιρεία Gazprom Neft δεν ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε αίτημα του Reuters να σχολιάσει το θέμα. Η μονάδα AVT-6 του διυλιστηρίου έχει δυναμικότητα παραγωγής 21.400 μετρικών τόνων ημερησίως, που αντιστοιχούν στο 54% της συνολικής δυναμικότητας, ενώ η μικτή μονάδα επεξεργασίας αργού EURO+ έχει δυναμικότητα παραγωγής 18.800 τόνων ημερησίως, καλύπτοντας το υπόλοιπο 47%. Τα καύσιμα που παράγονται από το διυλιστήριο της Μόσχας δεν διατίθενται προς πώληση στο Διεθνές Εμπορικό Χρηματιστήριο της Αγίας Πετρούπολης από τις 21 Σεπτεμβρίου. Σύμφωνα με τις πηγές, το διυλιστήριο επεξεργάστηκε 11,6 εκατομμύρια τόνους αργού πετρελαίου το 2024, περίπου 230.000 βαρέλια ημερησίως και παρήγαγε 2,9 εκατομμύρια τόνους βενζίνης, 3,2 εκατομμύρια τόνους ντίζελ και 1,3 εκατομμύρια τόνους πίσσας.
