Ενδοοικογενειακή βία: 35.000 συλλήψεις σε ένα χρόνο – 14.000 πήραν το δρόμο της δικαιοσύνης
Μορφή χιονοστιβάδας λαμβάνουν τα περιστατικά ενδοοικογενειακής βίας στη χώρα μας. Πάνω από 30.000 ήταν οι συλλήψεις για ενδοοικογενειακή βία μέσα σε ένα χρόνο, σύμφωνα με τα όσα δήλωσε ο υπουργός Προστασίας του Πολίτη, Μιχάλης Χρυσοχοΐδης, σε τηλεοπτική του συνέντευξη σήμερα. Δείτε περισσότερα στο ertflix.gr | Ακούστε περισσότερα στο ertecho.gr Όπως χαρακτηριστικά είπε ο υπουργός Προστασίας του Πολίτη, κάθε βράδυ οι αστυνομικές αρχές προχωρούν σε 100 συλλήψεις για περιστατικά ενδοοικογενειακής βίας και χαρακτηριστικά ανέφερε ότι πέρυσι μέσα σε ένα χρόνο, είχαν προχωρήσει οι αστυνομικές αρχές σε 35000 συλλήψεις.Και μάλιστα οι μισές, οι 14.000 με 15.000 συλλήψεις και οι δράστες, είχαν φτάσει στα δικαστήρια χάρη στις αστυνομικές αρχές, όπου πλέον έχουν ιδρύσει γραφεία που βρίσκονται παντού σε όλη την Ελλάδα και έτσι τα θύματα βρίσκουν τη δύναμη για να αποκαλύψουν τη φρίκη που ζουν πίσω από τις κλειστές πόρτες. Επίσης, είναι αξιοσημείωτο ένα ποσοστό που έδωσε, ότι το 30% με περίπου 35% είναι υπότροποι, όπως χαρακτηριστικά ανέφερε, άτομα κυρίως τα οποία αντιμετωπίζουν εθισμούς στα ναρκωτικά, σε αλκοόλ αλλά και ψυχασθενείς. Θεσσαλονίκη: Κακουργηματική δίωξη για το κύκλωμα με τις εικονικές εταιρείες
Στον 2ο ειδικό ανακριτή Θεσσαλονίκης παραπέμφθηκαν να απολογηθούν οι πέντε συλληφθέντες που κατηγορούνται για συμμετοχή σε εγκληματική οργάνωση, η οποία φέρεται να χρησιμοποιούσε εικονικές εταιρείες και «αχυρανθρώπους» για φορολογικές απάτες σε βάρος του Δημοσίου και δραστηριοποιούνταν σε λαθρεμπόριο και διακίνηση προϊόντων εγκλήματος. Εις βάρος τους η εισαγγελέας άσκησε κακουργηματική δίωξη, κατά περίπτωση για διεύθυνση, συγκρότηση και ένταξη σε εγκληματική οργάνωση, απάτη από κοινού και κατ’ εξακολούθηση σε βάρος του Δημοσίου, άμεση συνέργεια στην απάτη, λαθρεμπορία και αποδοχή προϊόντων εγκλήματος. Σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση της ΕΛ.ΑΣ., η ζημία σε βάρος του ελληνικού Δημοσίου από τη μη καταβολή των προβλεπόμενων φορολογικών επιβαρύνσεων και ασφαλιστικών εισφορών, ξεπερνά τα 2,35 ευρώ, ενώ οι «αχυράνθρωποι» οφείλουν συνολικά 11 εκατ. ευρώ, ποσό προερχόμενο από τη συμμετοχή τους σε επιχειρηματικές οντότητες της χώρας και από τις εργοδοτικές εισφορές.
